Third Avenue will be closed from Jefferson Street to Pennsylvania Street. \nThe official “Tapping of the Oktoberfest Firkin” by Mayor Ward will take place at noon outside of Starboard Brewing Company at 151 N. 3rd Ave. The fun continues at 1 pm with a Stein Holding Contest – entry is $10.
