First Day Hike: Picnic Shelter

Join us for our First Day Hike event on January 1, 2025 from 10am-2pm. A guided hike around the Brachiopod Trail (1.5 miles total, easy trail) will start at the picnic shelter at 10am. You’re also welcome to stop in anytime during the event to go on your own self-guided hike and ring in the new year! Our Naturalist will be hosting a Leave No Trace program at the picnic shelter, and will have scavenger hunts available for you to take along on your hike! A warming fire, refreshments, and souvenirs will be available at the shelter.
