Raptor Saturday

For the first time, ODBS is holding a Raptor Saturday on May 23 during the holiday weekend. ODBS said their goal this year was to offer at least on general admission day each month, except October when they are so busy with fall festivals. With several new raptor residents and an updated Nature Center, along with a new indoor restroom, the year has already been off to a great start. We’re also excited to have Let’s Go Door County stop by to help kick off our summer season.
Come enjoy the unique experience of birds of prey in a natural environment! Be awed and inspired by close encounters with our birds during Raptor Chats that occur throughout the day or include an Eagle feeding and guided trail hike. Talk with educators; hands on artifacts; tour birds on exhibit. With 33 acres of serene landscape, 3 different scenic hikes and a picnic area, it’s an afternoon to remember!
