Local Happenings – Tall Ships Weekend | July 31 – August 3, 2025

As we welcome four tall ship vessels to our beautiful waterfront, local businesses across Sturgeon Bay are joining in the celebration! From live music and art to specialty cocktails, markets, and maritime-themed fun, here’s everything happening day-by-day during Tall Ships Weekend:

Thursday, July 31

🚢 Tall Ships Arrive in Sturgeon Bay!
The excitement kicks off as the ships begin arriving at the waterfront.

Shoreline Boat Tours – 120 N Madison Ave

  • Parade of Sail Tall Ships Photography Tour, get your tickets HERE

Artist Guild – 215 N 3rd Ave

  • FREE Build-Your-Own Tall Ship at Artists Guild 10 AM – 4 PM

Dromhus – 611 Jefferson St

  • Cookout from 4 – 10 PM
  • Tall Ships Party with The Foxfire Affair performing maritime music from 6 – 8 PM
  • Followed by an open jam session from 8 – 10 PM

SB Social – 214 Michigan St

  • Grand Opening: Live music (4 – 6 PM), food, drinks, bocce, cornhole & sandbox fun for all ages from 3 – 7 PM

Waterfront Mary’s Bar & Grill – 366 N Duluth Ave

  • Tall Ship Watch Party: Bring your own chair and enjoy the waterfront view as the ships sail in!

Friday, August 1

Popelka Trenchard Glass – 64 S 2nd Ave

  • Glass Blowing Demonstration + Reception from 5 – 7 PM

Bay Shore Outfitters/Trailside Canteen – 59 N Madison Ave

  • Live music by Skoden – an upbeat party music band with an emphasis on 80’s music from 5:30 – 8:30 PM.

Stone Harbor Resort – 107 N 1st Ave

  • Live music by Take Two at 6:30 PM

Artist Guild – 215 N 3rd Ave

  • FREE Build-Your-Own Tall Ship at Artists Guild 10AM-4PM

Door County Sandbox – 1023 Egg Harbor Rd

  • Live music by Adam Haste at 6 PM

Saturday, August 2

Sturgeon Bay Farmers Market – Downtown Sturgeon Bay

  • 8 AM – Noon: The largest farmers market in the county with over 80 vendors

Yoga in Graham Park – 10 Pennsylvania St

  • 9 AM: Free outdoor yoga session with The Yoga Womb. Donations are accepted.

Classic & Wooden Boat Show – 120 N Madison Ave

  • 10 AM – 5 PM: More boats than ever to admire, plus food, drinks, and kid-friendly games

Door County Granary – 72 E Locust Ct

  • Live Sea Shanties from 10 AM – 2 PM and again 5:30 – 7:30 PM

Articipation Studio & Gallery – 10 E Oak St

  • Dot Mandala Workshop with artist Amy Anderson from 2 – 5 PM

  • Live music throughout the day
