One of our favorite summer activities is visiting a pick-your-own cherry farm – a fun activity for the whole family! Whether it’s baked in a pie or muddled in an Old Fashioned, we love all things cherry in Sturgeon Bay.

Jam out to a concert in Martin Park at the Harmony by the Bay Concert Series or enjoy a live performance at a local establishment. Sturgeon Bay’s music scene is in full swing year-round.
EXPERIENCE THE BRIDGE WALK
A favorite of both locals and visitors. Walk over both the Michigan Street and Oregon Street Bridges for a 1.2 mile loop of the East and West Waterfronts.
BUY LOCAL AT THE STURGEON BAY FARMERS MARKET
Located on 3rd Avenue, this market runs every Saturday from 8 am – Noon beginning in June through the middle of October.
TAKE IN THE FALL COLORS
Mother Nature’s fall colors are always spectacular! One of our favorite places to view the changing foliage is from the top of the Jim Kress Maritime Lighthouse Tower.

CATCH A SUNRISE OR SUNSET
Whether you choose to watch the sunrise early with a cup of coffee or sip on a cocktail while the sun sets, enjoy the peace and quiet moments.
BRING THE FAMILY TO HARVEST FEST
Free and open to the public – Harvest Fest celebrates the changing of the seasons. Features include a classic car show, craft show, food booths, in-store specials, the “Tapping of the Firkin”, stein holding contest, and live entertainment.
WATCH THE WINTER FLEET COME INTO PORT
The fleet season runs from the last half of December through the end of February. On average, expect anywhere from 10-18 ships to make their way into port at Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding. It’s quite the show!
