STURGEON BAY IS OPEN ALL FOUR SEASONS!
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in Winter! Visit the Door County Maritime Museum and view interactive exhibits where Great Lakes maritime history comes alive! The Jim Kress Maritime Lighthouse Tower is open with exhibits on 8 floors and great views of Sturgeon Bay!
One of our top highlights is to visit Cave Point County Park to see the beautiful ice formations there!
Take a fat tire e-bike tour on trails, or rent snowshoes or cross country skis and go to Crossroads at Big Creek. Go hiking through Potawatomi or Whitefish Dunes State Parks. YourPassNow is a digital marketplace that allows Wisconsin state park visitors to conveniently purchase their annual state park passes online.

Take a stroll around the waterfront, watching the Winter Fleet come in for winter repairs and storage. At least 18 ships are expected to make their way into port at Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding by January 20. While we don’t have anticipated dates, click HERE for a link to all marine traffic.
