In the Fall of 2020 we opened Monticello @ the Marketplace in a reimagined & renovated 3 story Main Street Department store that had stood vacant for years.
The Marketplace on 3rd Avenue is a shining jewel & example of how to bring life back to our vanishing Main Streets & abandoned Department Stores.
We started as a Pop-up and shortly, we became a Store!
