Steel Pan Superstar Victor Provost returns to Birch Creek for an afternoon of his beautiful and compelling compositions for steel pan and percussion. This concert will feature the premiere of a new composition composed by Victor in honor of the 50th Season of Percussion at Birch Creek. Nathan Grajeda: Multi-instrumentalist with musical influences from Johnny Cash, Stevie Wonder, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and Billy Joel.

Mendelssohn’s 2nd Piano Trio is unsurpassed. The way he weaves a Bach chorale melody into the final movement is spellbinding and worth the ticket price alone. Two other trios, each involving the flute of Heather Zinninger, set the stage. Undine Smith Moore’s Suite is hauntingly evocative, while Weber’s Flute Trio shows how much the Romantic Period is indebted to this German master.
